Now signed to King Crimson’s Columbia Records, the title track from second album “Usa (Live)” leads King Crimson’s back-to-school campaign. This -song debut EP shows the promise that King Crimson has. Since completing 1975’s ‘Lark’s Tongue In Aspic, Part Ii’, King Crimson fulfilled their contract with Columbia Records and where under no obligation to release another album. I greatly enjoyed this CD.
It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. I like to sing along with Exiles, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. This track is full of harmonies and gets Usa (Live) off to a relaxing start. Easy Money is a excellent, simple song by King Crimson at the top of his game. 21St Century Schizoid Man is kind of track that compels you to skip back and drink it in one more time before moving on through Usa (Live).
