This -song debut EP shows the promise that The Ventures has. There were many famous songs of The Ventures available. This album has some very good songs like Diamonds Are Forever and From Russia With Love. This is the best album I have heard in a long time
The Ventures allows each song to breathe and flourish. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. A great put together song. Some call Dr. No from Play James Bond Music as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. Bond Street marked the continuation of The Ventures in style evolution. In Caravan it becomes nowhere more obvious that The Ventures has yet to define own style. I loved Another Dawn the first time I heard it. In Bondolero the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. Apache is a very catchy tune. The Ventures sings Pipeline in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. Blue Chateau is a marvelous, simple song by The Ventures at the top of his game. Halleluyah I just LOVE this mix! Sentimental Guitar is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. Excellent vocals and musical performances.
