Now signed to Wings’s Sparrow Records, the title track from second album “Venus and Mars” leads Wings’s back-to-school campaign. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Wings on ‘Venus and Mars’. This -song debut EP shows the promise that Wings has. Wings “Venus and Mars” is an amazing album.
This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Listening to Love In Song you can hear that Wings has still amazing chemistry with band members. You can find feelings on this piece of art. Magneto and Titanium Man (3:16) a good melody. In Letting Go Wings spins a tale you want to hear to the end. Venus and Mars (Reprise) is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. Spirits Of Ancient Egypt defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. Medicine Jar is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. Call Me Back Again is possibly the best song Wings has come up. Wings rocks harder than ever with Listen To What The Man Said. A unique and uplifting song. I was truly moved when I heard Crossroads Theme. I believe Zoo Gang is one of the most marvelous, heartfelt songs ever written. I can’t stop humming along Lunch Box-Odd Sox. Nice and different song.
