Sta Pshla Ta Paraturia isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. sixteen years ago, George Dalaras briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Eheis Tin Porta Sou Kleisti”. There is no doubt that George Dalaras has talent. Unappreciated gift to Folk
This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. When listening to San Svysmeno Karvounaki, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. It’s a great pleasure to listen to Paramythi Xehasmeno from the beginning to the end. I’ve found myself listening to Ah Ti Adiko back to back and back many times. H Proti Anoksi (Orxestra) stands out to me for its audacious melody and sheer beauty. Ola Kala good vocals. I like to sing along with San Pagisei To Potiri, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes. Gia Tin Agapi Pes Mou presents the marvelous mix of instruments on Sta Pshla Ta Paraturia. I think Kapoios Xtipise Tin Porta is the best song George Dalaras has ever done. Sta Xronia Tis Ypomonis is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. Put Mi Mou Tumoneis Matia Mou into car stereo for your highway driving
