This -song debut EP shows the promise that Jimi Hendrix has. Jimi Hendrix was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Jimi Hendrix and Crash Landing together. This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Jimi Hendrix. If I may, I suggest “Message To Love”. That one song is amazing!
Best song on the album, love it. Crash Landing is another favourite of mine. Some call Come Down Hard On Me from Crash Landing as a quiet invitation of an artist to sit and listen. In Peace In Mississippi it becomes nowhere more obvious that Jimi Hendrix has yet to define own style. Although With The Power is very melodic it is far from sad. A fantastic track full of wonder. Captain Coconut as a highlight of Crash Landing contains a ton of gorgeous melodies.
